Laowai will have a hard time understanding in this case. They have seen Convenient Stores but never Convenient Clinic. Walk-in clinic means you don’t have to make an appointment with your doctor but you still have to wait for hours so it is not convenient at all. You may laugh when I translate it as "No-waiting Clinic" or "Fast-track Clinic", but they will know what you mean.
