基本赞同3号译员的译文。但是deliver在外贸中多指交货。若翻译成deliver it容易引起误解，感觉像交付货物。关税的支付，应该使用pay 如DDP术语 Delivered Duty Paid 完税后交付，就是deliver 代表交付货物；pay 代表付税还有个别单词的拼写错误，校正如下： Please note that the mold tariff is approximately RMB1000 . The arriving date to Shanghai Port is Sept.20th. Pls pay it before Sept. 22nd.
