After installation of all the pipes and jets, 6 layer back up coats 10mm thickness in total will be painted outside the tub,among whihch the first layer reacts with the acrylic,so that the back up coats and the spa are combined together into one substance.

First, we will lay six back-up coats on the bottom. Thus the thickness will be 10MM. Every coat is made up of resin and fiberglass. What’s more, we lay the first coat after its chemical reaction, which can make the back-up coat and the acrylic mix completely.

After installed all the nozzle jets and tubes of the outer casing, usually, 6 back up coats will be painted on the bottom with a total thick of 10mm. Each layer consisted with resins and firber glasses. The first layer will cause chemical reaction which combined the back up coat and acrylic together during the painting. Later, foams of 4cm thick will be painted by the newest machine at present. Insulating coat painted by this kind of machine is well mixed, the most importance is that it could strengthen heat conservation effects.
