As bulk export in China, the full set of festive lights specialized in festival decoration have been updating these years, besides, many new products are listed by national safety system. As the initial inspection specification can''t meet all the requirements, we have this international standard to provide uniform standard for following up the new development.

the complete sets of festive lighting are the staple products for exportation in China, used specifically for decoration in festival holidays. In recent years,the categories has emerged with more varieties and obsolescent products being edged out of market; meanwhile more products have been authenticated by National Security Certification. The ever-existed regulations are no longer able to cover the inspection of new products'' . This criterion, is specifically set to get adapted to the new inspection situation and to act as an unified code of export-oriented sets of festive lighting
