The buyers shall be the sole and exclusive off taker with sole and exclusive marketing rights of all Goods specified in this Contract exported to the C.I.S. by the Sellers and/or any other company affiliated to them.

c.i.s 独联体国家在此可能是这意思？off taker 是分销商不知道对不对。
