Example 2 is the same as example 1, the only difference is that the acid hydrolyzed upper clear liquid is diluted with injection water to a concentration of 2.7mg/ml of albumin, in which 2.35 %(m/v) TNBP is added and kept in thermostatic water bath at 37C for 4 hours.
