唐代是中国古代文言小说的成熟期，但在这一时期女侠仍然是一类新生事物，在给人耳目一新的创新表面下，女侠形象的描绘尚未达到成熟，存在许多瑕疵。本文着重讨论在唐传奇中处于发展初期的女侠形象的特点和存在的不足。

Though some innovations were given to it, heroine depiction was not perfect but with some faulty. Under the refreshing surface of innovation, the swordswoman character not yet grew maturity enough but had lots of defects. Tang Dynasty saw the maturity of the novels in classical Chinese.But during this period,the chivalrous swordswomen are still considered as a new thing.Hided in the surface of completely new innovation ,the description of the figure of chivalrous swordswomen is still not mature with many flaw.This paper mainly discusses the feature of the Legendary Chivalrous Women in the Tang Dynasty during the initial development period as well as the existent insufficiency.
