On Dec. 7, Shijiazhuang Refining-Chemical Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") mergered Changjiang Securities Co., Ltd in the way of new adding share and obtained the approval of Securities Regulatory Commission. After the completion of share reform, the stock trading of the Company will be restored on Dec. 27, 2007.
