一楼的翻译很棒，一点意见，不太成熟，谨供商榷！ 1.that 去掉或改成 that are,因out of pale应为形容词，作表语或状语。 2.upbraiding此处用作名词吧，用upbraided被动是否亦可？ 3.将what they received is upbraiding放到前面改为 that is out of pale and upbraided before是否弱化了原文的意思？
