The syringe is characterized with the cone-shaped limit ring(5) designed on the inner wall of syringe(2)at the back-end opening, and the limit ring(5)is properly coordinating with two or more wing panels which are reaching toward the inner wall of the cyringe(2) and designed on the external wall of the putter(4) near the back-end of the putter(4).
