The machine unit is mainly used to produce rigid plastic net with HDPE, LDPE and PP as the main raw materials and added with newly developed high molecular materials such as antistatic agent and antiager. Through extrusion, the unit can produce network products of different shapes and specifications with certain degree of performance such as tensile strength, durability, chemical stability, weatherability, corrosion prevention. If equipped with proper molds and sizing limiter, it can manufacture plastic nets of different specifications that are applicable to civil engineering, gardening engineering, agriculture and breeding, inner lining of soft mattress, packing net encasement, water and soil conservation.

The machine unit is mainly implemented to manufacture rigid plastic flat meshes which are made from HDPE, LDPE, PP as the main raw material and added by some newly-developed high polymer materials such as antistatic agent and anti-aging agent etc. Through extrusion operation, the unit produces mesh products in different shapes and sizes which possess considerable tensile strength ,durability, chemical stability,weatherability , corrosion resistance and other properties.
