After the Parties have each made their capital contributions to the registered capital of the Company, the Company shall engage an accountant from a Chinese-foreign accounting firm registered in the PRC to verify that such contributions have been made and to issue a verification report. Upon the issuance of the verification report by the accountant, the Company shall issue an investment certificate to each Party signed by the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of the Board, confirming the amount contributed by such Party.
