The welding and cutting torch should be carried in and out with the operator,it should not be left inside while the operator is getting out.注:有焊炬,有割炬,也有兼具焊割两种功能的工具.这个译法是指后者.这是化工机械维修保养的安全要求吧,目的是防止氧乙炔泄漏,避免起火,爆炸事故.

Welding torch should be operated together with the operator, it is strictly forbidden that the operator being absent without permission while welding under processing. 注，“放在里面”还是有点含糊的，放在哪？这个地方还需求译者注明啊
