根据条款23.1, 由于供应商对客户承诺而导致其不能或延期履行此协议的任何条款，不能视为供应商放弃此协议下的权力。（forebearance 应为 forbearance 吧，granted by the Supplier 好像也有点不对哦，是不是应该granted by the Customer 呢？，抛砖引玉吧：）
