这应是供货商与其客户的协议条款上的内容,原文需推敲.在客户厂内"发生"不良件还是"发现"不良件是大有区别的,一般来说供货商有责任更换在客户厂内"发现"的不良件,但对"发生"的不良件供货商很难负责,试想如果客户不负责任或由于客户自身操作失误造成大量报废还要由供货商以良品更换,则供货商非破产不可. 以"发现"译为: The unqualified products found in the customer’s factory should be replaced by the qualified ones. 以"发生"译为:The unqualified products caused in the customer’s factory should be replaced by the qualified ones. 供参考吧.
