As to the Fujairah project, our processing and manufacturing work in the early stage, including layingoff, assembly and welding, was carried out on the fields and with the facilities of CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corp.); considering the high cost resulted from the long period of working abroad, some jobs in the late stage will be done in our own workshops. We feel it necessary to explain this.
