The Pakistani president Musharraf Visited China on 20th, Dec., 2001. The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority （WAPDA）and Dongfang Electric Corporation （DEC）signed a contract for the Pakistani Jinnah Water Power Project Development in Beijing. DEC will exploit this project on the seller’s credit. The President of the People’s Republic of China Jiang Zemin and Pakistani president Musharraf attended the ceremony. Our institute is in charge of the main design of this task.
