Lao Zhang, 47, has been a house-husband from the day he was out of work. He always skims a little bit from the food money to subsidize his cigarettes and alcohol, because his wife only allows him 200RMB yuan pin money per month.
      It’s now 4pm and Lao Zhang is coming out to buy some food and vegetables for supper. Entering the market, Lao Zhang goes straight to buy meat due to fact that his wife told him that she wanted to drink meat-bone soup.
      "How much?", he points at a pile of chops and asks the butcher .
      " 6.50RMB yuan ", a middle age woman answers warmly. She is the butcher’s wife.
      "Chop these two pieces for me, please!", Lao Zhang asks the butcher after seeing some nice looking cuts of meat.
     " O.K.", The butcher answers while he puts two pieces of chop on the cutting board.
Looking at the butcher working, Lao Zhang begins to think how much he could skim from the money for buying meat.
     "Weigh",The butcher tells his wife after he has finished chopping and bagging the chops.
The woman looks at the amount on the electric balance and says, "21.50 RMB yuan"
Lao zhang gives her one 100 yuan note with a smile.
     "21.50 RMB yuan, give back 88.50 RMB yuan ", She says to herself after checking Lao Zhang’s money.
      When Lao Zhang hears that she will give him back 88.50 RMB yuan, he is laughing in his heart.
      Pretending to be calm, Lao Zhang watches the woman count out 88.50 RMB yuan. He takes the money without counting it himself as usual, and then he hurriedly leaves the shop.
While coming out of the market, Lao Zhang tells himself that he can’t buy the other things he might have bought from there now, because he is afraid that the couple might find that the money they paid back was wrong and ask him to return the 10 RMB yuan. So he decides to go to another market to buy the rest. 
      Lao Zhang can’t wait to count the money that the woman gave him back, so when he has walked far enough away from the market he takes out the money from his pocket.        "50RMB yuan, 10RMB yuan...",he counts. the total is right, it’s 88.50RMB yuan! and laughing, he then checks the money again to see whether it is all real money. "what?! This 50 yuan note doesn’t look like it’s real?!"
      "Let me check again, it might be real", Lao Zhang checks that note over and over, but unfortunately, it’s a counterfeit note.
