品管部对抵达工厂的每批原料，按照检验规程进行质量抽验，检验合格后方可入库使用。
参考译文：
According to related rules of examination,the Quality Department will give quality inspection to each batch of raw material arriving at/ brought to the factory, and it must be qualified to reach requirement of standard before storing in warehouse.

品管部根据规定检测水的各项指标，经检验合格后，方可使用。
参考译文：
The Quality Department will examine various indicators of related water in accordance with regulations/according to the rules, when it is up to standard,which can be used then.

手动开罐机人工开罐，废空罐经运输带运输到废料桶作废料处理。
参考译文：
Workers open the cans through manually/hand-operated tin(or can) opener,and waste empty cans will be transformed to waste matter barrels/buckets by conveyer belt as recycling material/waste treatment.
