Except in an emergency on non-ERTMS lines, if a train stops at a signal that you had cleared for the train to proceed, you must not replace it to danger until you have made sure that the driver is aware that you are going to do so

如果列车在可以让列车继续行进的已开放的信号前停下时，在确认列车司机已意识到你将采取（变更信号）的措施之前，决不能更换成危险信号,除非在非ERTMS线路上出现紧急情况时可以这样做。
