I. 用途及工作原理 Purpose of Use and Working Principle
本设备是一种热力除氧设备。它是利用汽轮机的中间抽汽将锅炉给水加热到除氧器工作压力下的饱和温度,以达到除去给水中的溶解氧和其它气体,防止或减缓锅炉、汽机及其管道的腐蚀,延长其使用寿命,确保电厂的安全经济运行。235t/h高压除氧器是配55MW机组的混合式加热器。除氧头采用旋膜-新型填料式,这种结构先进、合理,传热效率高,除氧效果好,适应能力强,运行安全可靠,是现代火力发电厂理想的除氧设备。 The Pressurized Rotating Film Deaerated Device is a kind of thermal deaerated equipment. It uses middle extracted steam from steam turbine to heat the feetwater of boiler to the saturate temperature under working pressure of deaerator, so as to remove dissolved oxygen and other gases. To prevent or slow boiler and steam turbine as well as pipeline from corroding, and extend them service life, to ensure the operation of the power plant under safety economic condition. The high-pressure deaeator of 235t/h is a kind of mixture-type heater, which shall match with 55 MW units, whose deaerated head adopts a kind of new-style stuffing way with rotation film. This structure is advanced and reasonable, with high efficiency of heat transmission, well deaerated effect, better applicability and reliable safety operation, which is perfect deaerated device in modern thermal power plant.
根据气体溶解定律(亨利定律):任何气体在水中的溶解度与该气体在气、水界面上的分压力成正比。只要将水定压加热到饱和温度时,气、水界面上蒸汽的分压力就会接近于水面上的全压力。此时,液面上所有其它气体的分压力将趋于零,水就不再具有溶解气体的能力,而溶于水中的气体将从水中全部离析出来被清理掉。除氧器正是利用这个原理,把水温升至相应压力下的饱和温度,促使水中原有的各种溶解气体都离析出来,从而达到除氧的目的。 According to the law (Henrry Lay) of gas dissolve: the solubility of any gas in water shall be direct ratio with partial pressure of the gas on interface of gas and water. Only when the water that is limited pressure is heated to the saturate temperature, the partial pressure of steam that is on interface of gas and water shall close to full pressure on water surface. At this moment, all partial pressure of other gases on liquid surface shall be to zero. The water dissolves gas no longer, and the gas that has been dissolved in water shall be separate out completely and cleanout. The deaeator just about takes advantage of the principle, to make water temperature raised to the saturate temperature under corresponding pressure, so that all dissolved gas in water separates out, to reach deaerating purpose.

1、除氧头Deaerated Head
除氧头主要由筒体、一级除氧装置、二级除氧装置等组成。在其上设有一次加热蒸汽进口、二次加热蒸汽口、排汽口、安全阀接口等组成。为检修内部结构方便,在除氧器中部设有一个DN500的人孔;顶部采用一特殊排汽装置,可兼起人孔作用。除氧头为立式双封头结构,采用5个支管4-φ219.φ325与除氧器水箱相连接。 The deaerated head is mostly consisted of shell and primary and secondary deaerated devices, on which there are the Inlet of primary heating steam, and the ports of secondary heating steam and exhaust steam as well as the interface of safety valve. For the convenience of overhauling to internal structure, one manhole for DN50 shall be set in middle of deaerator; One special exhaust steam device shall be adopted at top, which may act as manhole. The dearating head is a vertical structure with both ends, which shall be connected with the water tank of dereator with five branch pipes of 4-φ219.φ325.

一级除氧装置主要由凝结水进水管、补充水进水管和旋膜管等组成。给水进入此装置后形成水膜,与蒸气接触而充分换热,将水加热到工作压力下的饱和温度
