Preface 前言
The filter integrity testing instrument is adopted with full-automatic programmed control system for inspecting whether the element or filter membrane is complete. This instrument is equipped with functions such as setup, control, adjustment, display, sampling, recording and so on and supplemented with various epicyclic joint casing stands, which is an independent testing device with compact construction. Work mechanism 工作原理 With adoption of the liquid film formed on the iris opening from liquid, examine the film aperture with loadable gas pressure (surface tension) used as one method of judging whether the element or filter paper is complete.(The bubbling pressure value of different kinds or apertures is different.) 是利用液体在膜孔表面形成的液膜,所能承受气体压力(即表面张力)来检验膜孔径,用来判断滤芯或滤纸是否完好的一种方法。(不同品种或孔径的泡点压力值是不同的)

Operating method and regulation 操作方法及规程 1. Plug in power, connect the air source and testing pipe. 1. 插上电源,接上气源,接通检测管。 2. Press and connect the power switch (displayed on the screen) and then press the power button and ventilate (air source pressure displayed on the pressure meter). 2. 按下电源开头通电(屏幕显示),按下气源钮通气(压力表显示气源压力)。 3. Press the aperture (element specification) button to be tested (and after selection press) (data of element aperture presented on the screen). 3. 按下所测滤芯的孔径(滤芯规格)钮(选择后按下)(屏幕滤芯孔径显示数值)。 4.
