我的译文--酒产品拟采购合作计划

久闻贵酒厂盛誉及您的美名,非常希望与您有进一步的合作,最终实现授权我司为您酒厂在中国唯一的代理商,我司全体员工将间竭尽全力为您的酒及米兰品牌在中国开拓优秀的市场。

一、合作远景

我司目前打算开拓进口酒在中国代理销售的市场,鉴于贵酒厂拥有悠久的历史,优良的生产技术及很高的美誉度,兹望能与您建立友好的合作关系。我们相信我们有能力为您的酒在中国很好地打开市场,这不仅是在提升我司的企业价值,更是提高您酒厂及米兰品牌的知名度的良好时机,所以,恳望我们之间能建立长期的战略联盟伙伴关系。在之前您与林总的几次接触商谈中,沟通的很和谐,我相信在今后的合作中,我们双方能长期合作,共创双赢局势。

二、竞争分析及战略计划

目前中国市场上有较多的品牌的进口酒,价格档次不一,价格一般在100300元之间,较高档酒价格在300元以上。贵厂生产的酒在中国长三角及南方市场上从未露面(虽然贵厂曾与张裕合作过,但中国市场广阔,尤其是中国长三角及南方市场并不知道贵厂的知名度),虽然我们推出此系列酒可以以新制胜;但从另一角度来看,由于“新”,导致我司在推广酒品的初期可能会遇到许多障碍,要使中国消费者接受并喜爱该酒,我们需要作出相当大地努力同时经过较长一段时间的开拓。所以恳切希望贵厂能给予我司足够的优惠和支持,让我司能更快更好的打开中国市场,同时提出以下要求和建议:

1、  价格优惠:由于贵厂生产的酒品相对于我方市场而言,较为陌生,所以有可能需要一段较长的市场推广,也需要耗费较大的成本,因此,恳望您能在初期给予我们更大的价格折扣,以便我们有更强的资金来为您的酒品和品牌做推广。

2、  生产包装贴标,劳烦您可否在给我方产货时为我方配备一些精美的包装或宣传标签,或是您的酒品在国外销售时所采用的包装模板,以供我方借鉴和学习。

3、  广告(厂家背景介绍):由于之前我司没有涉及过进口酒品的代理,所以缺乏相关销售推广经验,贵酒厂是否方便为我方提供您在国外各个地区的推广案例或示范,以及贵酒厂的历史背景介绍等。

4、  产品介绍。

(3)    冰酒  3%

2.       意大利米兰 (标准箱)Italy Milan

(1)    干红葡萄酒  75%

(2)    干白葡萄酒  15%

(3)    香槟  10%

3.       法国米兰 (标准箱)France Milan

(1)    干红葡萄酒  75%

(2)    干红葡萄酒  15%

(3)    香槟        10%

 

(注:一标准箱约为20000)

 

以上1.2.3.项的价格还烦请贵司及时给予答复,并有劳您详细列明各项价格清单及代办运费等回复我公司,以便我司最后确定其数量和发货时间并反馈贵司。

We heard so much about your wineries. And we are seeking chance to cooperate with you as your exclusive agent in China. The whole staff will try our best to expand the market for your products in China.

1.      prospects for cooperation

We intend to explore imported wine‘s market in China as your agent. Because of your company have a long histories and excellent technology. It’s my pleasure to cooperate with you. We believe that we have the ability to open China market for your wine products. It’s a good chance to boost your wine’s popularity, while to up great our company’s value. Hope we can build long-term strategic partnership. You and president Ling communicate so well in several meetings. We believe our cooperation will bring us win-win situation.

2.      Competitive analysis and strategy plan

At present, there are many import wine’s brands in China market with different price. General is between RMB100—RMB300. Top grades are over RMB 300. Your wine never showed up in Yangtze River Delta market and south market. (Although you have been cooperated with Mr. ***) so, there is huge market in China. In the other hand, we need times, moneys and persons to explore the new market for your wine. We need your supports in price and other expects. In order to open China’s market faster and better, we have some requests and advices as follow:

(1)   favorable prices:

Because consumers aren’t familiar with your wine, we need more times and much money to explore the market. We hope you’ll give us greater price discount so we have more money for your wine and brand promotion. 

(2)   Product Packaging and labeling

Can you offer beautiful package and promotion label with the products or packaging templates which used in your country for merits reference and study?

(3)   Advertisement (Company Profile)

Because we never involve this market and lack of promotion experience, can you offer us some promotion case or model which used in various regions in other country and your wineries’ history background?

(4)   Product introduction 

(5)   Promotion advertising materials and expenditure supported by original wineries

 

3.  The first time to purchase various types of wine and volume

       dry red wine    6%

dry white wine  10%

ice wine       3%

   (2) Italy Milan TEU

dry red wine    75% (2-3species)

dry white wine  15%1-2 species

champagne     10%1 species

  (3) France Milan TEU

     dry red wine    75% (2-3 species)

     dry red wine    15%1-2 species

     champagne     10%1 species

 

we’ll appreciate it for you respons immedietly including price list and Freight commission

 

(remarks: One TEU is about 20,000 bottles)
