EXC Translation is a boutique translation firm based in London, England. We predominantly specialise in advertising copy and corporate promotional content, and are looking for a small number of experienced translators to join our EN-CH freelance team for 2015.

Unlike the majority of other translation firms, we are run by experienced translators; as such, we are far more rigorous when it comes quality than other agencies. If you do not take pride in your work, and do not strive to continually improve the quality of translations you produce - then you may not be right for us.

If, however, you do take pride in your work, write beautifully in Chinese, are capable of being polite and professional when conversing with project managers, and have a strong grasp of English - then you're probably a perfect match for us :)

A note on the standards we aim for:

1) As far as the content allows, it shouldn't be apparent to the reader that the content is a translation;

2) The translation should be even better than the original, in terms of conciseness and elegance of expression.

3) Accurate replication of tone and meaning are obviously a given.
