建立完善的现代化企业制度，促进企业生产经营的良性循环，要以财务管理为中心，以资金管理为重点，充分发挥企业会计的管理职能，运用现代化管理会计的理论、方法和技术，在企业内部充分发挥会计的预测、决策、核算、控制、监督、分析和考核等管理职能，从而有效地使用各种资金，提高企业的经济效益。现代企业会计制度需要建立健全会计信息管理体系，这也是社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求。所以，为完善企业制度而做出的一系列会计改革是十分必要的。企业制度的改革离不开会计制度的改革，会计制度的改革为企业制度的改革提供了必要的支持，二者之间是互相作用、密不可分的。

In building a perfect modern enterprise system and promoting a good cycle of the enterprise production and operation, the financial management should be centered on, where the fund management is the key point. The management function of enterprise accounting should be brought into full play and the theory, method and technology of modern management accounting be exercised to realize inside the enterprise the full use of the management function of accounting which includes prediction, decision-making, calculation, control, analysis and check so as to effectively utilize the various kinds of funds and improve the enterprise economic benefit. Modern enterprise accounting system requires the building of a sound accounting information management system, which is also a consequent requirement by the development of socialist market economy. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out a series of accounting reforms for perfecting the enterprise system. The reform of enterprise system can’t be done without that of accounting system and the latter is an essential support for the former, between which there is interactive and inseparable relationship.文字
