根据2008年3月11日披露的国务院机构改革方案，国务院将新组建以下五个部门：

Ministry of Industry and Information工业和信息化部
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security人力资源和社会保障部
Ministry of Environmental Protection环境保护部
Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Construction 住房和城乡建设部
Ministry of Transport交通运输部

But, in essence, none of them is really new; i can only find more complex names both in chinese and english---the "old" ones can continue to function without their names changed provided the authorities are really willing to keep abreast of the times and adapt themselves to meet the emerging needs. Here’s a modest proposal:

Ministry of Industry工业部
Ministry of Personnel人事部
Ministry of Environment环保部
Ministry of Construction 建设部
Ministry of Communications 交通部
