Mother of Prince指派Lor De Lys Center在她/他的职权范围内，作为center所有者，委以代表并授权签定此合同，以下简称雇佣方。
不知道这样是否正确？难点在于怎样断句，如有更大范围的context就更好了。高手不防澄清一下，谢谢！！

罗de Lys中心，表示为签署这几次母亲的王子合同，在他的能力方面，当时：业主的中心和批准签字：－－并且将将来被称为雇主。
