The Swedish retail giant IKEA withdraws its meatballs from its stores in 21 European countries after traces of horse meat were discovered in the batch in Prague. Meanwhile EU agricultural ministers have been meeting in Brussels to decide the strategy for containing the horse meat scandal. And the American Secretary of State John Kerry is urging Syria’s opposition not to boycott the international summit in Rome. Mr. Kerry is in Britain, (which) is part of the nine country tour of Europe and the Middle East.
