闪孕 quick pregnancy It refers to some white-collar women who get pregnant in a hurry to avoid being fired. China’s labor law prevents a company from firing a pregnant employee unless the company is insolvent. 闪孕，即突击怀孕、将“生子计划”提前，是一些白领为躲避经济危机中的裁员风险，突击怀孕。根据劳动法规定：女员工在孕期、产期、哺乳期间如果被裁，可以申请劳动仲裁，要求单位经济补偿。这就是职场女性突击怀孕的最大理由。 躲猫猫 hide-and-seek The Chinese term for “hide-and-seek” has become a buzzword overnight among Chinese Netizens after a 24-year-old man died in police custody in south China’s Yunnan Province and an official report said he ran into a wall blindfolded while playing hide-and-seek with inmates. Unconvinced, a large number of Netizens are taking part in an investigation into the young man’s death.
