compared to english natives ,we have to admmit this. back to ur question,there must be many answers but unfortunately none of them is suitable for everyone .simply no such thing as all purpose method.why?coz language is meant to be the reflection of ur life and help communicate your thoughts with the outside world that also plays an essentially important role in forming the language system of ur own.given the fact that our lives r different from any others,we ve to adopt the learning way that fits us perfectly and uniquely which wont be easy yet it s sth has to be done.therefore keeping ur english level is no exception,though i dont recommend this kind of passive attitude towards language acquision,we must not stop thinking in english and exposing ourselves to the language resource of which the former is of prior significance.i mean,the point isnt whether u can spend 1 hour watching english tv or reading newspaper ,but the continuation of using it ,of course,u r inevitally thinking in it when using it for whatever reasons and in whatever ways .lastly i d like to highlight one truth that is ,the process of learning language is a gradual way to form a thinking system that facilitates u to express ur minds and understand others''''''''.u ll be met with the worst situation when u quit or even after a few days neglect of thinking in english . it has to be kept unstoppably,ideally every minute of ur life.up to your judgement.
