For a GmbH an authorized capital of EUR 25,000; if there is more than one shareholder, at least EUR12,500 must be deposited in advance into the company’s account. For an AG an authorized capital of EUR 50,000; if there is more than one shareholder, at least EUR12,500 must be deposited in advance into the company’s account. 请问高手GmbH 及AG 是什么意思？全称？ 谢谢！
