 Re.本人拙译，请提意见。 发表于2005/3/31 21:53:00防止受方遭受不公正的制裁或其他处罚时，泄漏是必要的。泄漏的仅仅是，以辩护律师书写的对泄漏者有利的书面意见形式的机密资料，迫于泄漏的人是合法的，其合法性与指令和传票的合理解释是一致的。
